Accompli!!! ce mini album du challenge de Rae Missigman: remplir une petite page avec des marques, des motifs, des signes et des couleurs surtout!!

I did it!!I finished the art making challenge set by Rae Missigman: make a little journal of a page a day with marks, designs, symbols and above all with lots of colour!

Quelle joie de pouvoir tenir mon petit journal dans la main et le feuilleter pour me faire une fête de couleur. Puisque j'ai écris une méditation sur chaque mot c'est aussi un souvenir riche d'idées et de souvenirs.

What a joy to hold this little booklet in my hands and to browse through it again and again. It's so pleasing to the eye. As I wrote my thoughts about every word it is also a valuable journal of ideas and memories.

Je n'ai jamais pensé d'être capable de finir ce projet. Cela demande quand même un peu de discipline, difficile pour quelqu'un comme moi. Cette année je choisis vraiment de me concentrer plus sur un projet ou quelques (....) et de placer la barre moins haute. Finalement ce projet n'était pas si compliqué: il fallait simplement commencer..... Pour voir le projet entièrement suivez les liens:

I never thought I'd finish it as it demands quite some discipline for someone like me to finish a project. But this year I really choose to focus more and set myself smaller goals. It was easy after all; you just have to begin.....

La meilleure chose était qu'on était complètement libre dans la création; il n'y avait que le mot du jour. Personne que moi pourra comprendre le résultat de la page créé.

The best thing about it was that there was so much freedom: the word was the challenge; the markmaking could be anything. Anyone but me can see the meaning of the marks in the result.

Ceci dit; il y avait parfois des pages ou la création était moins abstraite.

Et maintenant, avec Février terminé, comment continuer: j'ai tellement aimé le challenge de ce petit journal que j'ai envie à faire un autre. Ca tombe bien que, pour le mois de Mars, Birgit Koopsen propose un gelli challenge avec une idée, un sujet ou une technique par jour.
