C'était lors de l'après-midi au centre équestre. J'y était....pour le plaisir d'y être, car ma santé ne me permet pas de monter ma jument. C'est une jeune maman et très bonne cavalière qui monte Henna tandis que je m'occupe de ses enfants à ma façon.

Et ma façon c'est bien sur du dessin, du mixed média. Cette après midi j'avais apporté une petite sélection de mes tampons fait main. J'ai montré qu'on peut commencer une page sans chercher de la précision. Etre parfait n'est pas dans l'objectif. J'ai dessiné simplement un cheval et j'ai joué à leur idée avec des tampons et j'ai colorié avec des craies grasses et de l'aquarelle. L'arbre est tamponné avec une petite branche.

It happened...this afternoon in our horseriding centre...... I just settled there for the fun of being there in the wonderful relaxing atmosphere. At the moment health problems prevent horseriding for me, but there's a young mother and excellent rider who loves to work with Henna while I look after the children.

Looking after the children means amusing them with drawing and mixed media creations. This afternoon I brought a couple of hand made stamps and that intrigued of course. I join in and show how to draw without looking for precision; it's only the fun that counts.

Mais les enfants ne se posent pas de questions et se mettent au 'travail'. Dommage qu'après j'étais moi même tellement dans mes creations que je n'ai pas pris assez de photos. C'était marrant que j'ai commencé avec deux enfants et aussitôt il y avait trois, quatre,... Les enfants qui attendaient que leur cours à cheval ou poney ne commence, voulaient un tour à la création. C'était une après midi très agréable.

Children don't worry about how to set up a page; they just start...a circle a line and then they call it done.....of course I coach them into adding details and colour.

I started the afternoon with only two children but soon the onlookers became participants. It was great fun to see how this activity appealed to them.

Ici vous voyez que j'ai créé trois différentes personnages avec le même tampon à la base.

Cette après-midi me faisait oublier que je ne suis pas en forme pour monter à cheval. Merci les enfants autour de moi.

Here you see the stamp I used to create three different characters. Someone asked me how to use that face that wasn't a finished face at all. So I just started stamping and adding a hairdo to each of them etc. I changed the look in their faces by accentuating the pupils slightly different.

This afternoon helped me to forget about my worrying of health issues....thank you kids!

Ton cheval est parfait, on voit que c'est un animal que tu connais bien et j'espère que tu pourras bientôt retrouver le plaisir de l'équitation.

c'est marrant mais sketchbook skool à aidé: de dessiner sans lever le crayon, suivre le contours, regarder les vides...

Een goede afleiding zijn je creatieve activiteiten op de manege ! Kinderen kunnen zo onbevangen tekenen en schilderen, er is geen enkele blokkade voor hen. Wow prachtig en zo knap je " gezicht" stempel. Prachtig zijn je 3 spontane dames. Jouw tijd met Henna komt wel weer tout doucement.

c'est incroyable ce que tu arrives à faire avec tes tampons
je suis peinée de savoir que tu ne peux pas monter à cheval en ce moment , je sais à quel point c'est un bonheur pour toi....j'espère que ce sera très vite à l'ordre du jour
